I make photographs of places that hold still long enough to be looked at. Iceland in the off season, Provence in the gap weeks, the Picos at first light — landscapes I returned to until they let me in.

The work is patient and quiet. No filters, no compositing, nothing invented. A long walk, the right hour, a tripod set on cold ground. What comes back from those mornings is what you see here.

The studio is in Barcelona. The road is everywhere else.
